About the Role:
Vartika Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. You'll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to build our digital presence and generate measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and social media
- Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with content and design teams to improve digital assets
- Manage and grow company social media presence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (chemicals/pharma industry a plus)
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
