We're Hiring "Software Developer Team Lead"

Qualification : M.Tech
Experience : 5 - 7 Years
Salary : 15 LPA - 18 LPA
Location : Ramesh Nagar, Banglore
Day Shifts , 6 Days Working
Key Responsibilities :
- Proficiency in complete SDLC process.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as VC++, C++, C and Python.
- Expertise in embedded systems development
- Knowledge in MIL-STD-1553B. Ethernet, RS-232/422 etc.
- Experience with avionics systems.
- Familiar with DO-178C, IEEE -12207 etc.
- Knowledge of aircraft systems and interfaces.
- Team management and leadership experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide learn members.
- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Knowledge of quality assurance standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management and organization skills
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
