Job Description Overview: Floor ManagerThe Floor Manager is responsible for the comprehensive daily operations and management of the facility, encompassing team leadership, floor operations, vendor relations, and data tracking.1. Team Management
- Develop staff rosters, manage leaves, and conduct weekly briefings on SOPs and grooming compliance.
- Track team performance, manage training matrixes, and check daily logbooks.
- Oversee new joiner inductions, uniform distribution, and laptop assignment support.
2. Floor Management
- Maintain highest standards of cleanliness (gym, washrooms, storage) and oversee equipment and linen maintenance.
- Manage daily shift coverage, locker audits, and achieve user feedback targets.
- Coordinate with vendors for immediate equipment resolution and handle on-site incident management.
3. Vendor & Facility Management
- Oversee support staff operations, ensuring janitorial monthly attendance, uniform distribution, and timely payroll coordination.
- Manage laundry service quality, sports slot bookings, cancellations, and slot carry-forwards.
4. Data & Report Management
- Maintain and update essential records including equipment checklists, inventory data, laundry billing, and incident reports.
- Update rosters (Housekeeping, Trainers, Gx Trainers) and manage event data alongside regular feedback reviews.
