The Mansion creates gifting experiences, not assembled hampers. This role owns two things: Sourcing our soft-goods range (scarves, leather, cufflinks, potlis, textile accessories, etc) and owning all Printing & Packaging across collections.
You will own:
- Sourcing and developing soft goods - potlis, scarves, textiles, fashion accessories, leather, throws, etc
- Own packaging end-to-end: All rigid box making, sleeves, inserts, inner packaging, finishing, packaging production, and printing collateral, end to end
- Manage vendor relationships, pricing, samples, timelines, and QC for your categories
- Work closely with our hard-goods merchandiser and design team to keep every box cohesive
- Check and ensure best quality of product is delivered by the vendors.
You will also support:
- Dispatch and QC across the team
- Maintain and manage the warehouse of the company.
You are:
- 3 - 5 yrs in merchandising/sourcing at a premium lifestyle, accessories, or gifting brand
- Sharp-eyed on soft-goods quality and print/packaging finish
- Knowledge of printing and product packaging .
- Logistics, packaging and coordination experience.
- Proactive approach to problem solving, adapt quickly to changes.
- Hands-on, not above any part of the operation
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
