Duties

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, data entry, and follow-up activities using Microsoft Office tools and CRM software
- Assist customers with order processing, payment handling, and resolving any issues related to products or services
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and improving client engagement
- Conduct analysis of customer data to identify trends, opportunities for upselling, and areas for service improvement
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive experience for every caller
