The role in one line
We’re building AI systems that run a real business — and we need someone on the ground making sure they actually work.
What you’ll be doing
We’ve built an AI “brain” for a thread and yarn distribution company. It looks at the business’s data every day and tells the owner what to buy, who owes money, and what’s going wrong — before he has to ask.
Your job is to be the bridge between that AI system and the real people using it:
- Learn how the business actually runs — talk to the staff, watch how orders and stock move.
- Check whether the AI’s suggestions were actually right, and figure out why when they’re not.
- Turn what you learn into clear notes for the AI/engineering team so they can fix it.
- Help the team actually start using it day to day — training, nudging, troubleshooting.
- Use AI tools yourself, all day, to move faster on all of the above.
Basically: you sit where technology meets a real business, and you make sure the two actually work together.
Who we want
- Just finished college (or close to it) — any stream.
- Genuinely into AI and tech — you’ve played with tools like ChatGPT/Claude beyond the basics, and you’re curious how far they can go.
- Good with people — you can talk to a shop staffer and an engineer and make sense to both.
- Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets.
- Curious about how businesses actually work, not just how software does.
- Ready to learn fast and figure things out with minimal hand-holding.
You do not need to know how to code. You’ll be working with AI tools that write the code — your job is knowing what to build and whether it’s working.
