- Need Minimum 1 year student counselling experience
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers.
- Asking questions to the students and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Provide academic advising and course selection support to students
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls and conduct regular follow-ups to gather and successfully close the leads
- Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students.
- Regular follow up of leads
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Academic counselor,telecaller, or similar role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening skills and ability to handle objections.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- A high level of self-motivation, commitment, and dedication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,849.99 - ₹30,000.00 per month
