MV Tempanes Pvt. Ltd. is a leading toughened glass manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality architectural and interior glass solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations and support the company's growth.
Position
Accountant
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, cash books, and ledgers.
- Generate GST invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills, and ensure statutory compliance.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other applicable tax returns.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process vendor payments and follow up on customer outstanding payments.
- Maintain inventory-related accounting records and stock reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports.
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and government authorities when required.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Support management with financial analysis and business insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing industry experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and manufacturing processes is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing or glass industry accounting.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and financial analysis.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.
