- Lead the overall safety, security, and loss prevention functions of the mall.
- Manage day-to-day security operations, including CCTV surveillance, access control, visitor management, and control room activities.
- Ensure effective operation and maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Fire Fighting Systems, Public Address (PA) Systems, emergency lighting, and other life safety systems.
- Develop, implement, and monitor security policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments, safety inspections, and compliance audits, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Plan and execute fire drills, emergency evacuation exercises, and disaster management programs.
- Lead and supervise in-house security teams and outsourced security agencies, ensuring optimum manpower deployment and performance.
- Coordinate with local police, fire department, disaster management authorities, and other statutory agencies.
- Investigate security incidents, thefts, accidents, and safety violations, and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure smooth crowd management during festivals, promotional events, VIP visits, and peak shopping periods.
- Monitor contractor and tenant compliance with safety regulations, fire safety norms, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare security MIS reports, incident reports, audit reports, and management presentations.
- Manage security budgets, contracts, and vendor performance to maintain operational efficiency.
- Promote a strong safety culture through regular training, awareness programs, and emergency preparedness initiatives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
