Core Responsibilities
- IEP Development: Create, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Instruction & Adaptation: Adapt general education lessons to meet individual learning styles, utilizing specialized techniques for students with diverse needs.
- Assessment & Monitoring: Evaluate student progress, maintain detailed records, and adjust teaching plans to ensure progress.
- Behavioral Support: Monitor behavior and implement necessary interventions or Positive Behavior Support Plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with parents, general education teachers, psychologists, and specialists to create a holistic support system.
- Supervision: Mentor teacher assistants and paraprofessionals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
