- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of hospital facilities and equipment to identify issues.
- Attend breakdown calls and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain generators, UPS systems, lighting, and other essential services.
- Ensure proper functioning of water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems.
- Assist in installation of new equipment and systems.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, service logs, and reports.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and AMC services.
- Follow safety procedures and hospital protocols at all times.
- Support emergency maintenance requirements as needed.
