Job Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot campus network infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.
- Manage Layer 2/Layer 3 switching, VLANs, STP, LACP, and routing.
- Troubleshoot fiber optic backbone and SFP connectivity issues.
- Configure and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Configure and maintain AAA/RADIUS authentication services.
- Support CCTV network infrastructure and NVR connectivity.
- Implement network security best practices and firewall policies.
- Prepare technical documentation, preventive maintenance reports, and monthly project status reports.
- Coordinate with OEMs for RMA and technical support.
