ROLE OVERVIEW & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Measurement Executive plays a critical role in ensuring the flawless execution of our modular interior projects.
This role bridges the gap between client sites and our design/manufacturing teams by capturing precise, real-world
dimensions.
Key Mission: Deliver 100% accurate physical site measurements and translate them into high-quality AutoCAD
drawings to eliminate manufacturing or installation errors.
On-Site Measurements: Travel to customer residential sites to capture highly accurate physical measurements
of rooms, kitchens, electrical points, plumbing outlets, and structural projections.
AutoCAD Drafting: Prepare detailed 2D layout drawings, plans, and technical drawings based on physical
measurements gathered during site visits.
Technical Verification: Identify and record potential site challenges (e.g., uneven walls, dampness, structural
constraints) that might affect modular installation.
Collaboration: Hand over precise drawings and site notes to the design and execution teams promptly to
initiate the design phase.
Scheduling: Coordinate site visit timelines efficiently with clients to ensure zero project delays.
