ML ENGINEER with 5+ Year experience
*About the Role*
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for AI-first engineering
teams building enterprise-grade GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will work with AI Engineers,
ML Engineers, Data Engineers, AI QA Engineers, Product Managers and Solution Architects while
understanding AI product lifecycles from data preparation through production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies; drive Agile best practices; partner with Product Owners; coordinate AI
Engineering, QA, DevOps and Product teams; manage sprint planning, release planning,
forecasting, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communication; coach teams; maintain
dashboards and delivery metrics.
Required Skills
Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Story Mapping, Release Planning;
understanding of LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Evaluation, AI QA, MLOps, Vector
Databases and AI deployment lifecycle; Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro.
Nice to Have
Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, Databricks, MLflow, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP
and CI/CD.
Required Experience
5–8 years as Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager; experience leading 8–20 member
engineering teams; AI/ML, Data Engineering or Cloud project delivery; global stakeholder
management.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
