About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Intern who will gain hands-on experience across
Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in
HR and want exposure to end-to-end recruitment and HR process management in a fast-growing
organization.
Key Responsibilities
A. Talent Acquisition
Assist in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and coordination
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain candidate pipeline and update ATS (KEKA Hire) regularly
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
B. HR Operations
Support in onboarding and documentation of new hires
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases
Help in attendance tracking and data management
Support HR reporting and dashboard creation
Assist in policy communication and employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations
Eligibility Criteria
Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
