Work closely with other Luxoft technical squad leads and be able to proactively spot inter-squad dependencies, and advise the individual Luxoft squad tech. leads on how it impacts the end delivery and ideate on solutions / options that can be taken to the customer Product Owners and/or Scrum Masters. This requires strong technical know-how coupled with consistent work ethics to learn and evolve from the information you gather from the different squads. Ultimately you are overlooking the delivery aspects of the squads and sharing the insights with the account lead which can either be solutionised internally at Luxoft or can be taken as a dependency or insight to the client management & leadership team. You need to have the curiosity to be able to work different squads and collate, comprehend and analyse problems and brainstorm with fellow technical leads.
