About the Role:
We are looking for an Investment Relations Manager to drive fund-raising and manage relationships with investors, including family offices and NRIs, for our real estate and multi-sector projects. This role handles investor communications, data room management, and CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investor Presentations: Create and deliver compelling pitch decks, financial models, and project updates to prospective and existing investors.
- Data Room: Maintain and organize a secure data room with all project documents (DPRs, approvals, financials, legal) for due diligence.
- Fund Raising: Identify, approach, and onboard investors (HNI, family offices, NRI networks) for debt and equity funding.
- CRM: Manage investor database, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Family Offices & NRIs: Develop targeted outreach strategies for family offices and NRI investors, addressing their specific compliance and repatriation needs.
- Reporting: Prepare quarterly investor reports and coordinate with finance team for seamless communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA in Finance / CA / CFA with 5+ years in investor relations, fund-raising, or investment banking.
- Strong network among family offices, NRI channels, or private equity firms.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with real estate project funding (RERA, FDI norms) preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
