Join our Loans team and play a critical role in supporting essential real estate loan servicing operations. As a Loan Servicing Specialist – Team Member within our Loans group, you will be responsible for carrying out assigned tasks while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your role may involve any combination of processes, including Cash Operations, Loan Setup & Maintenance, Loan Account Management, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Property Tax, Payoff & Fees, within Real Estate Loan Servicing. This position provides a valuable opportunity to develop your skills and contribute significantly to our operations.
Job Responsibilities

Consistently meet established Quality and Quantity targets.

Ensure full compliance with process-related policies, guidelines, and controls.

Complete all servicing transactions within established Service Level Agreements.

Promptly follow up with upstream and downstream partners for any missing notifications.

Demonstrate close attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of all documents.

Identify process changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Support loan servicing activities across multiple real estate loan servicing functions.

Maintain accuracy and quality while processing assigned transactions.

Adhere to established operational procedures and controls.

Manage assigned responsibilities within required timelines.

Contribute to team objectives and business deliverables.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

Demonstrate willingness to work night shifts supporting North America operations.

Possess a bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 6 months of experience in the Financial Services industry with a proven track record of delivery.

Understand business financial statements and Real Estate loan operations.

Demonstrate strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills for analyzing large data sets.

Effectively manage clients, build partnerships, and engage with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Employ effective time management, prioritization, and communication skills while working independently on multiple assignments.
