Role Summary
We are looking for an execution-focused Ops Lead – Revenue Tech & Automation to build and manage the CRM, automation, AI, and sales operations ecosystem for Amaara Grove Goa and Amaara Vista Goa. The role will focus on improving lead response time, CRM discipline, lead qualification, WhatsApp automation, sales enablement, reporting, and overall revenue efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM operations, lead lifecycle, and pipeline tracking.
- Optimize lead routing, response times, and follow-up compliance.
- Implement WhatsApp automation and AI-powered sales workflows.
- Build revenue dashboards and sales performance reports.
- Manage landing page integrations and lead capture funnels.
- Support NRI, HNI, and channel partner sales funnels.
- Create sales enablement tools, scripts, and automation workflows.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, marketing teams, and technology vendors.
- Track sales KPIs, site visits, conversions, and revenue performance.
- Ensure accurate reporting and process adherence across teams.

Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Automation, or Business Operations.
- Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, Luxury Sales, Hospitality, or high-ticket B2C sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales funnels, automation tools, and performance reporting.
- High ownership mindset with strong execution and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
