Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Support Intern who is eager to learn and build a career in IT support. The intern will assist users with basic technical issues, troubleshoot software and hardware problems, and provide day-to-day technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical support to users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure software and systems.
- Assist with system maintenance and updates.
- Record and track support tickets.
- Escalate complex issues to the senior support team.
- Maintain documentation of technical issues and solutions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, and computer hardware.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Internship Duration: 3–6 Months
Employment Type: Internship
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
