Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and energetic Marketing Executive to promote the hospital's services, strengthen referral networks, generate business opportunities, and build relationships with doctors, clinics, healthcare professionals, corporates, insurance companies, and community organizations. This is primarily a field-based role requiring regular travel, client visits, and business development activities to increase patient referrals and enhance the hospital's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Referral Generation
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate patient referrals and business opportunities for the hospital.
- Identify new markets, referral sources, and partnership opportunities.
- Promote hospital specialties, services, health packages, and medical facilities.
- Conduct regular field visits to healthcare providers and referral partners.
Corporate & Institutional Marketing
- Meet corporate organizations, industries, schools, colleges, and institutions to promote healthcare services.
- Generate tie-ups for employee health check-ups, annual health packages, and healthcare programs.
- Coordinate corporate health camps, awareness programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients.
Field Marketing Activities
- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns in assigned territories.
- Visit doctors, clinics, pharmacies, nursing homes, and community centers regularly.
- Distribute promotional materials and educate stakeholders about hospital services.
- Participate in medical camps, health awareness programs, exhibitions, and community outreach activities.
Relationship Management
- Build strong professional relationships with doctors, consultants, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Address queries and provide updated information regarding hospital facilities and services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction among referral partners and corporate clients.
- Maintain regular follow-up with referral sources and prospective clients.
Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct competitor analysis and gather market intelligence.
- Identify trends, patient needs, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Maintain records of visits, referrals, leads, and business development activities.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth handling of referred patients.
- Work closely with consultants, front office, and operations teams to improve patient experience.
- Assist in organizing marketing events, promotional activities, and branding initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Additional qualifications in Marketing or Healthcare Management will be an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospital marketing, healthcare marketing, or business development preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and marketing skills may also apply.

Working Conditions:
- Primarily field-based role involving daily travel and client visits.
- May require working on weekends during health camps, events, and promotional activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
