Social Worker – Jewel Child Development Centre
- Master of Social Work (MSW) – Mandatory
- Specialization in Medical & Psychiatric Social Work, Community Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Location: Kochi,Kottayam
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in social work, healthcare, rehabilitation, NGOs, hospitals, or child development settings.
- Fresh MSW graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and case management abilities.
- Empathy and a child- and family-centered approach.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Good documentation and report-writing skills.
- Knowledge of child welfare and community support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychosocial support to children and their families.
- Conduct family assessments and maintain case records.
- Coordinate with therapists, psychologists, and educators.
- Guide families on available government schemes and community resources.
- Organize parent counselling sessions and awareness programs.
- Assist in community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Preferred Candidate
- MSW (Mandatory) with 0–2 years of experience.
- Passion for working with children with developmental needs.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
