Position: Press Shop Supervisor

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2–6 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience & Interview Performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily press shop operations and manpower.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Monitor press machine performance and production quality.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and workplace discipline.
- Minimize downtime and improve productivity.
- Maintain production records and reports.
Requirements:
- Experience in sheet metal manufacturing and press shop operations.
- Knowledge of mechanical press, power press, and tool handling.
- Ability to manage operators and shift activities.
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
