Telesales Executive (FMCG)
Generate sales by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, promote FMCG products, explain product benefits, process orders, follow up on leads, maintain customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information and resolve complaints.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Good communication in Tamil & English preferred. Speaking Hindi and Telugu is added additional advantage.
- Tele sales experience 2+ yrs preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Preferred location : On & Around Tirupur candidates Only can apply.
Preferred Experience : 3+ years.
