A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
Over 10+ years of experience in Software Development, Design and Testing with over 2 years in a leadership capacity
Ability to effectively promote teamwork and collaboration
Demonstrated problem solving skills applied to people and technology
Strong understanding of software development practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle.
Sound knowledge in computer science fundamentals, data structures and algorithms.
Have product sense, deep understanding of the broader product vision and ability to plan + design various features in stages to reach the end goal in an evolutionary way is critical.
Manage agile teams with a proven track record of building high performing teams.
Ability to coach team members in technical skills and provide advice and assistance on project management, time management, coding, and testing
Good knowledge of Microsoft stack; and most used development tools and technologies (C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Typescript)
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Ability to build effective relationships and influence decisions (tech team to C-suite)
Excellent teamwork, leadership, cross-functional and strong people management skills.
Must be able to interface with internal and external customers and other stakeholders. Very good communicator, both written and oral, to all levels and functions of the company
