Role Purpose:
The Early Years Assistant Facilitator is a key member of the preschool team who plays an active role in creating a warm, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. She supports the Head/ Expert Teachers in delivering high-quality early education, ensuring each child’s holistic development and well-being. As part of a passionate and growing organization, the Assistant Facilitator upholds the school’s mission, vision, and values while fostering a love for learning in every child.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for classroom operations, daily execution of lesson plans, and taking care of young children.
· Looking after young children’s basic needs such as engaging them in activities, feeding meals, and putting them to nap.
· Maintaining order and inculcating good manners and values.
Other Duties & Responsibilities:
· Be a team player who can work with other teachers and school staff.
· Arrive on time for work or contact the center when delayed.
· Be reliable in attendance and give ample notice of absences.
· Come to work with a positive attitude.
· Approach criticism with a learning attitude.
· Communicate directly and avoid gossip.
Qualifications/Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
· Certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECE, CIDTT/CIDTL). Optional but an added advantage.
Experience:
· Fresher’s are welcome to apply.
Work Timings:
Any 7 hours (Based on the school requirement) (12:00 PM – 7:00 PM)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
