Role 1: RO Water & Juice Filling Operator
Job Overview:
As an RO Water & Juice Filling Operator, you will be responsible for the daily operation and monitoring of our Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification systems and automated juice/water filling machinery. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are processed, filled, and packaged safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and control the RO water treatment plant to ensure optimal water quality.
- Set up and operate juice and water filling and packaging machinery.
- Perform routine quality control checks on the production line to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards within the production area.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting, cleaning, and preventative maintenance on the equipment.
- Monitor production materials and minimize waste.
- Maintain accurate daily production logs and report any mechanical faults to the supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications (Operator):
- Experience: Previous experience operating machinery in the food, beverage, or water processing industry is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of RO systems, pumps, and automated filling equipment.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical tasks, including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Role 2: Marketing Area Executives
Job Overview:
As a Marketing Area Executive, you will be the face of Tazgi Food and Beverages in the market. You will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our distribution network, and promoting our RO water and juice products to retailers, wholesalers, and direct consumers in your designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets, distributors, and bulk-buying customers to expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and clients to ensure consistent order placement.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for water and juice products.
- Conduct local market research to understand consumer preferences and track competitor activities.
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising at retail locations.
- Collect and report market feedback, sales data, and daily activity logs to management.
Requirements & Qualifications (Marketing):
- Experience: Prior experience in FMCG, beverage, or field sales is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak local languages is a strong advantage.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (possessing a valid driving license and a two-wheeler is highly preferred).
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly energetic.

- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month (depending on the role and experience)
