We are seeking an accomplished Marketing & Sales professional with proven expertise in the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and a strong track record in defense sector. This is in an on-site full-time role based in Delhi NCR, India.
Responsibilities
· GeM : Manage complete lifecycle on GeM portal: product listing, bid participation, order processing, and compliance.
o Identify, evaluate, and pursue relevant tenders and bidding opportunities.
o Prepare and submit techno-commercial bids with accurate documentation.
o Monitor bid pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups and closures
· Sales & Business Development: Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure; win competitive bids.
· Marketing & Branding: Execute targeted campaigns, develop collaterals, and represent the company at industry events; strengthen digital presence.
· Market Strategy: Analyze trends, track competitors, and identify growth opportunities in defence procurement.
· Client Management: Ensure high satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term account growth.
The role also involves managing sales reports, maintaining organized documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments to enhance client satisfaction and achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing and Sales or a related field is preferred.
- Engineering degree would be preferred
- Familiarity with government procurement platform GeM and an understanding of the defence sector is a MUST.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client requirements and support project execution.
- Minimum 5 years' experience
