Position Summary
The Customer Relationship & Business Management Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating business operations, monitoring business performance, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Management. The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to improve processes that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, and key business partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
- Monitor the complete customer lifecycle from enquiry to order closure and after-sales service.
- Track quotations, sales orders, dispatch status, payment collections, and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Analyze business performance and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure timely reporting to management.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
- Support management in strategic planning and business improvement initiatives.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, Customer Relationship Management, Business Coordination, or Business Process Management.
- Experience in Steel, Building Materials, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Distribution, or B2B industries is highly preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Dashboards).
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and management presentations.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-focused with a business-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
