About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and launch of innovative financial products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, SAP ERP, and digital payment systems, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, growth, and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales to deliver high-quality products
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize product features and requirements
- Develop business cases and proposals to secure investment and resources for product initiatives
- Analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions and optimize performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to product development
Requirements
- Manage product management initiatives with 8-12 years of experience, focusing on financial products and solutions
- Utilize strong knowledge of SAP ERP and digital payment systems, including UPI
- Deliver successful products and solutions in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record
- Leverage excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and customer feedback
