We are looking for a Cluster Head for the Organic/Contract Farming Group

As the company scales rapidly, we are looking for an Operations Leader to kick start and own the end-to-end performance of one of our new regions in Bangalore. This role will lead contract farming operations, collection-center activities, input planning, and quality assurance, working closely with the broader operations and supply chain teams to deliver premium-quality produce to our distribution network. The Regional Operations Leader will be a key driver of the company’s farmer engagement, productivity, and quality outcomes on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
* Initiate & execute the project to start a new RAC.
* Execute contract farming activity with the network of farmers in the region.
* Monitor all farming activities to ensure adherence to company’s Package of Practices (PoP)
and a strict no-chemical-usage policy.
* Manage activities of the collection center — receiving vegetables from network farmers,
sorting, grading, and storage.
* Ensure quality of produce and work closely with operations teams to supply to the
Distribution Center on time and in full.
* Plan input production (compost, bio-inputs, seeds, etc.) in alignment with vegetable
production plans.
* Own day-to-day MIS reporting and ERP operations for the region.
* Maintain detailed records and documentation for all activities carried out by network
farmers, ensuring traceability and audit-readiness.
Qualification & Experience
* Post-graduation or graduation in Agriculture.
* Alternatively, a graduate / post-graduate in any other discipline with 5+ years of
relevant experience managing regional-level Agri / F&V / contract farming operations at
leading organisations. Prior experience in organic farming is preferred.
* Good communication skills in English and the local language of the region.
* Proficiency in computer skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and working knowledge of
ERP systems.
* Experience in handling large teams & cross functional collaboration ( stakeholder
management)

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
