Experience: 3–5 years in E-commerce Warehouse Management (High SKU Environment)
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory & Systems Management (Rapidly Expanding Catalog): Maintain 100% inventory accuracy across a massive and continuously growing catalog of small items, regularly onboarding 25 to 30 new SKUs every month. Ensure every new and existing item is instantly mapped, barcoded, and allocated to its correct physical bin location within Uniware to prevent any live listing delays.
- Returns Management (RTO & Customer Returns): Build a strict daily process for receiving, grading, and re-binning returns from Amazon and Flipkart. Minimize processing lag so sellable inventory goes live immediately.
- B2B Replenishment (Amazon FBA / Flipkart Assured): Use data-driven analysis in Excel to forecast regional demand, plan multi-state inventory transfers, and coordinate strict marketplace inbound guidelines.
- Team Leadership & Performance: Manage, train, and allocate daily tasks to 5 to 6 warehouse associates. Set daily benchmarks for picking, packing, and sorting speeds to eliminate idle time.
- Hiring & Retention: Take ownership of the warehouse floor headcount. Conduct interviews, onboard new workers, and proactively manage underperforming staff.

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
