Job Opening: E-commerce Executive
Position: E-commerce Executive
Department: E-commerce
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Panchkula
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces such as FirstCry, Amazon & Flipkart.
- Process and monitor Purchase Orders (POs), invoicing coordination, dispatch planning, order fulfillment, maintaining database, Email Communication & Follow up.
- Coordinate with warehouses, transporters, and marketplace teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track inventory levels and maintain optimum stock availability.
- Schedule Purchase orders appointments and coordinate with the Parties and logistics.
- Resolve marketplace issues related to GRN, shortages, damages, claims, returns, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance & Operations) for smooth business operations.
Required Skills:
- Experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred) & Emails Outlook.
- Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with platforms like Amazon/Flipkart/Blinkit/Firstcry/Quick commerce/Unicommerce / Browntape / Seller Central / Zepto Pulse / Salesforce, etc.
- Understanding of Q-commerce appointment booking models & city-wise TAT
