We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Club Manager to oversee the smooth execution of our live comedy shows. This is an on-site role requiring strong coordination skills, presence of mind, and the ability to manage both artists and audience effectively.
Working Hours:
Monday to Sunday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Weekly Off: Tuesday & Thursday
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage audience entry, seating, and overall experience during shows
- Coordinate with artists to ensure timely arrival and smooth transitions
- Create and organize the artist lineup for each show
- Ensure all show elements (sound, stage, seating, etc.) are set up before the show begins
- Act as the point of contact between performers, venue staff, and organizers
- Handle any on-ground issues calmly and efficiently
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a live-event environment
- Punctual, responsible, and proactive attitude
- Prior experience in event management or live shows is a plus
