Qualification: LL.B Degree / Any Bachelor
Experience: 4-6 years of focused experience in real estate/property legal domain can be preferred
Proven expertise in title due diligence and land acquisition processes
Strong command over Local & English Language
In-depth knowledge of Building Bye Laws, RERA (Property Laws)
Ability to independently notifications& Notices handling & informing Lawyers timely
Excellent negotiation and coordination skills
Preferred Background
Real estate developers, infrastructure companies, or reputed law firms (property practice)
Experience handling large land parcels and multi-owner transactions
Exposure to bank-funded projects
Pay: ₹15,943.20 - ₹55,204.15 per month
