Job Description: HR Intern (Recruitment)

Role: HR Intern – Talent Acquisition
Location: ATS Bouquet Tower A, Sector 132, Noida
Duration: 2 Months
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Work from Office) (9:30am to 5:30pm)

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a staffing consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals like Naukri.com and LinkedIn
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate data and reports
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Graduate / Pursuing MBA (HR preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process
- Comfortable with calling and interacting with candidates
- Willing to work from office in Noida
