Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
- Analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop/implement enhancements to boost productivity and quality.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), flowcharts, and present performance reports with KPIs to management.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects (multitasking).
- Proficiency in relevant software (MS Office, data tools).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree often preferred.
- Experience 1-3 years
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
