We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound leads, coordinate site visits, and support the sales team by qualifying prospects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic real estate understanding, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate inquiries
- Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers to customers
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
- Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups in CRM / Excel
- Provide regular lead status updates to the sales manager
- Ensure timely follow-ups to improve site visit and conversion ratios
- Assist the sales team in closing deals by pre-qualifying prospects
