Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries received through online platforms, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Generate sales leads through digital channels and B2B platforms.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert inquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and production teams for order processing and delivery updates.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and Internet applications.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Experience in online sales or customer support will be preferred.
