Job Summary
Yash Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our client base in the furniture and interior solutions industry. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge and an established network with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, corporate clients, and developers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals while maintaining company margins.
- Coordinate with sourcing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company during client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development.
- Experience in Furniture, Bathroom Fittings, Interior Décor, Building Materials, or related industries is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of B2B and B2C sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with strong contacts among Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, Developers, and Corporate Clients.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of handling multiple client accounts.
