Job Overview :-
To nurture the foundational learning of children aged 3–6 years through play-based, experiential, and inclusive pedagogy, ensuring holistic development in accordance with CBSE Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) guidelines and NEP 2020 principles.
Responsibilities :-
1. Child-Centered Pedagogy
- Implement play-based, activity-oriented learning experiences.
- Foster curiosity, creativity, social skills, and emotional well-being.
- Ensure inclusive classroom practices for children with diverse learning needs.
2. Curriculum Planning & Delivery
- Conduct lessons based on CBSE’s ECCE themes: physical, cognitive, socio-emotional, and language development, using the school-provided teaching content (lesson plans, worksheets, PPTs, and answer keys).
- Integrate music, art, movement, storytelling, and nature-based learning into the daily routine.
- Encourage early foundational literacy and numeracy through interactive, age-appropriate activities.
3. Assessment & Documentation
- Use observational and formative assessments to monitor each child’s developmental milestones.
- Maintain student portfolios, progress reports, and anecdotal records as per CBSE norms.
- Share feedback with parents regularly and guide them on home-based learning strategies.
4. Classroom Environment
- Create a safe, joyful, and stimulating learning space.
- Encourage collaboration and positive social interactions among children.
- Maintain classroom hygiene, organization, and child safety standards.
5. Parent & Community Engagement
- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings and workshops.
- Communicate effectively about student progress, developmental goals, and school activities.
6. Professional Development
- Participate in CBSE-mandated and NEP 2020 training programs.
- Stay updated with innovations in ECCE pedagogy, child psychology, and classroom management.

- Deep understanding of child development and early learning theories.

Qualifications and Eligibility:
- Minimum Qualification:
- 10+2 (Higher Secondary) from a recognized board, and
- Diploma/Certificate in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Montessori Training (DMTT) / Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE).
- Preferred Qualification:
- B.Ed. in ECCE or equivalent, aligned with NEP 2020 teacher education reforms.
- Completion of CBSE-recognized ECCE training modules.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience in a preschool or CBSE-affiliated pre-primary setting.
- Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in foundational literacy and numeracy concepts.
- Basic knowledge of child psychology and developmental milestones.
- Comfort with English, Marathi and Hindi communication.
Compliance:
- Fully aligned with NEP 2020’s Foundational Stage (Ages 3–8).
- Adheres to CBSE’s ECCE framework for curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment.
- Promotes holistic growth—cognitive, emotional, ethical, physical, and social.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
