Qualification
- ITI Pass (Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Machinist, Mechanical, Wireman, Welder, Instrument Mechanic, or equivalent trade)
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Experience
- Experience in paper bag, PP woven bag, packaging, printing, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machines as per standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Assist in machine setup, adjustment, and changeover.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities immediately.
- Maintain production quality as per company standards.
- Minimize machine downtime and material wastage.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a clean work area (5S).
- Follow all safety rules and wear the required PPE.
- Record production data and machine parameters accurately.
- Support the maintenance team during machine breakdowns.
- Work in rotational shifts as per production requirements.

- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to understand machine operations.
- Good problem-solving and learning attitude.
- Team player with discipline and punctuality.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹21,221.01 per month
