Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the development pipeline to ensure solutions are production-ready, integrating generative AI models effectively within the architecture. Daily activities may include working on diverse AI domains such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing, while ensuring seamless deployment either on cloud platforms or on-premises environments. Collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with project goals is a key aspect of the role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and integration of AI components within broader systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Experience with designing and deploying AI models in cloud and on-premises environments.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and optimize AI pipelines for production-grade solutions.
- Skilled in integrating AI services such as chatbots and image processing tools into applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
