Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions — from requisition to offer rollout
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), employee referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles aligned to job requirements
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate fitment
- Coordinate and schedule interview panels with hiring managers
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment MIS
- Negotiate and extend offers; manage pre-joining communication and documentation
Onboarding & Induction
- Design and execute a structured onboarding program for all new hires
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining kits
- Coordinate background verification, document collection, and system access provisioning
- Conduct orientation sessions covering company culture, policies, and benefits
- Assign onboarding buddies and track 30-60-90 day assimilation plans
Attendance & Leave Management
- Administer and monitor daily attendance via HRMS/biometric systems
- Track regularization requests, late marks, and absenteeism trends
- Manage leave records including earned leave, sick leave, casual leave, and special leaves
- Ensure accurate monthly attendance closure for payroll processing
- Generate attendance and leave MIS reports for management review
- Resolve employee queries related to attendance discrepancies and leave balances
HR Generalist Operations
- Draft and issue HR letters — confirmation, experience, relieving, increment, and transfer letters
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRMS database
- Support performance management cycles — goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals
- Assist with payroll inputs — attendance data, variable pay, reimbursements, and deductions
- Support employee engagement initiatives, R&R programs, and welfare activities
- Handle employee grievances with sensitivity and escalate as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and manpower budgets
- Assist in policy communication, handbook updates, and HR audit documentation
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate degree
Experience
- 2–5 years of proven experience in an HR generalist or HR Executive role
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate interviewing
- Prior exposure to attendance management and leave administration systems
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — verbal and written
- Ability to conduct structured interviews and assess candidate competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements
- High degree of confidentiality, integrity, and professional discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
