ABOUT THE ROLE
Neon Mind Production is looking for confident and energetic Sales Executives who can connect with businesses, understand their marketing problems, and help them grow through cinematic campaigns, branding, and digital marketing solutions.
This is not a traditional sales job.
We are looking for people who can:
- Communicate confidently
- Build relationships
- Pitch creative ideas
- Convert conversations into clients
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reach out to business owners and brands
- Schedule meetings and client calls
- Understand client requirements
- Present campaign and marketing solutions
- Follow up with leads and close deals
- Coordinate with creative and production teams
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for sales & marketing
- Confident personality
- Basic understanding of Instagram / social media
- Ability to speak Malayalam & English
