Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with strong expertise in UK Payroll operations and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing end-to-end payroll processes, client and vendor relationships, large teams, governance, compliance, and multi-country payroll environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end UK Payroll operations including Source to Gross, Gross to Net, Net to Disbursement, and GL processes.
- Oversee payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, payroll vendors, internal support teams, and technology teams.
- Manage employee payroll queries and escalations through query management systems.
- Lead and mentor high-performing payroll teams of 50+ members across multiple locations and countries.
- Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
- Conduct regular governance meetings with clients and vendors (weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews).
- Support internal and external audits and ensure 100% compliance with payroll controls.
- Handle stakeholder management, client communications, and payroll issue resolution.
- Coordinate payroll transitions and onboarding of new countries into existing operations.
- Liaise with HMRC and other statutory authorities as required.

- 12–15 years of relevant experience

- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
