Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Skills Required
- Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally and resolve queries effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and data entry.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls across India.
- Communicate with customers in Hindi and English regarding service requests, updates, and support activities.
- Coordinate with the Chennai Customer Support team for issue resolution and service scheduling.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely closure of support requests.
- Maintain customer records, call logs, and service updates in the system.
- Escalate unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate support team.
- Prepare daily call reports and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally and resolve queries effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and data entry.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
