Position : Speech Therapist

Key Responsibilities:
Assessment and Diagnosis:
Assist in conducting speech and language evaluations for children with developmental delays or speech disorders.
Observe and document communication challenges under supervision, if required.
Therapy and Intervention:
Implement individualized therapy plans to address speech, language, and communication needs.
Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and age-appropriate strategies.
Support the use of tools and materials to facilitate speech development.
Collaboration:
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, offering guidance to support therapy goals at home.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and progress.
Report progress and suggest modifications to therapy plans as needed.
Professional Growth:
Participate in training programs, workshops, and mentorship opportunities to enhance skills.
Stay updated on best practices and advancements in speech therapy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology.
Certification or provisional licensure in Speech Therapy (as per regulatory requirements).
Strong understanding of child development and communication disorders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) methods.
Basic knowledge of sensory integration and behavioral strategies.
Ability to engage and motivate children in therapy sessions.
