Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, references, social media, and field activities
- Attend walk-in customers and explain project details
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Follow up with prospective buyers and close sales deals
- Maintain client database and sales records
- Coordinate with the sales team and management for daily reporting
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business
- Explain payment plans, loan facilities, and legal/project details to customers
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
