We're hiring a Marketing Executive who can wear two hats — reacting fast to real-time trends and cultural moments (Moment Marketing) while also running and optimizing paid ad campaigns for lead generation and enrollments (Performance Marketing). If you can spot a viral trend before it peaks and also read a CPL/ROAS report like a pro, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
Moment Marketing
- Track trending topics, festivals, pop culture, and current events to create timely, relevant social media content
- Rapidly conceptualize and execute creatives/posts that connect brand messaging to real-time moments
- Collaborate with design/content teams to turn ideas into quick-turnaround posts (memes, reels, carousels)
- Monitor competitor and industry moment-marketing activity for inspiration and benchmarking
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROAS and minimize CPL
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Track and report on key metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and translate data into actionable insights
- Work closely with the admissions/sales team to align campaigns with enrollment goals
Good to Have
- Experience marketing for an ed-tech, training institute, or B2C service brand
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM basics
- Prior experience managing a content calendar independently
